Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Matthew D. Matchett, 50, of Washington, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Michael L. Burgfeld, 53, 617 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Timothy D. Wislon, 36, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to pay fines for noise disturbances.

* Joshua A. Cowsert, 21, of Maryland Heights, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for leash requirements.

* Ronald S. Middleton, 43, of Kansas City, Kan., was arrested on a Foristell, Mo., warrant for traffic violations.

* Daniel R. Withers, 25, 1110 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license.

* Lydia L. Lockridge, 20, 1014 Bloomfield St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to pay fine for an assault charge and failure to pay fine for failure to appear for probation violation on an assault charge, and on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Corey Martin, 29, 130 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Marquies C. Boyd, 23, 1752 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of trafficking.

* Christopher L. Slaughter, 23, 710 N. Mount Auburn Road, was arrested on suspicion of trafficking and resisting arrest by fleeing.

* Ashley R. Whitaker, 18, of Wichita Falls, Texas, was arrested on a Wichita County, Texas, warrant for engaging in organized criminal activity.

* Jamall R. Kent, 20, was arrested on a Wichita County, Texas, warrant for engaging in criminal activity of habitation bond forfeiture for possession of marijuana.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of armed criminal action, assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

* Kimberly L. Winchester, 30, 1433 N. Main St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds and trash.

* Asokan Vasudevan, 44, 25 S. Sprigg St., Apt. 12, was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Elizabeth H. Richard, 31, 808 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Shalonda D. Snider, 27, 901 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for maintaining nuisance vehicles and failure to maintain property free of trash.

Stealing

* Medication was reported stolen at 424 Sheridan Drive.

* A CD player was reported stolen at 1016 S. Benton St.

* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported two thefts of gasoline.

* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported two thefts of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported two thefts of gasoline.

* A check was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* Medication was reported stolen at 1 Airport Road.

Property damage

* Southeast Missouri Hospital reported a wooden cabinet damaged and a PlayStation stolen.

* A windshield was reported shattered at 625 Amethyst St.

Miscellaneous

* Assist other agency was reported.
