Blagojevich tours flooded Ill. areas

PLEASANT HILL, Ill. -- Gov. Rod Blagojevich says he's never seen this kind of flooding before.
Blagojevich took a one-hour tour to check out breached levees north of Quincy near Meyer and the Indian Graves system.
At both breaches, water is pouring in and spilling out across the land -- dipping in places like a waterfall.
Illinois Emergency Management Agency officials showed Blagojevich the Quincy water filtration plant that's holding back the water thanks to a 35-foot-metal fence and piles of sandbags.
