Monday

Breast-feeding class from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Healing Arts Center. The class should be taken six to eight weeks before delivery. For information, call (877) 231-2229.

Super Sitter training class for ages 11 to 16 meets from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Generations Family Resource Center at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Call 651-5825 to register; there is a fee for the course and includes snacks, lunch and a Super Sitter kit.

Brain Injury Resource Group meets at 6:30 p.m. in the Generations Family Resource Center at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Program is about adaptive martial arts. To register or for information, phone 651-5825.
