Adult Scouts to receive highest award

Tony Smee and David Giles, both of Cape Girardeau, will attend the Boy Scout Council's annual dinner to be honored with the Silver Beaver Award, the highest recognition a Boy Scout Council can bestow on an adult volunteer.
