Nurse also helps rescue dogs

I wish to share a feel-good story about the gifted and dedicated people at Landmark Hospital. During the last ice storm, my husband fell and hit his head and had to have brain surgery. He is recovering at Landmark Hospital. A nurse, Kris Brookshire, in her free time does another incredible job. She rescues dogs and helps transport them through an organized network of teamwork throughout the United States. Her stories are amazing, and her heart is so big. I feel your readers should be aware of the good American people who give so freely of their lives for all of us and the animals too. In a world of so much evil, it's uplifting to hear and read something so good.
