PACIFIC, Mo. (AP) -- The mayor of Pacific says he wants to explore a federal buyout of flood-affected parts of his town.

Mayor Herbert Adams is holding a town hall meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday to discuss the town's options.

Representatives from government agencies and the community's congressional delegation are invited.

Floods damaged more than 200 Pacific homes and businesses in March.
