The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Andrew Archie, 40, 1017 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court for disobeying a lawful court order.

* Betty Johnson, 25, 802 William St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended operator's license and motor vehicle responsibility; on Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation and failure to appear for dangerous drugs; and on a Perry County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Patricia A. Cox, 43, 622 Bellevue, Apt. 1, was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.

* Randi Williams, 22, 2077 Pear Tree Court, Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Marquita S. Williams, 18, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Louise M. Jaco, 47, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

* Joshua D. Musgrove, 23, 320 Flad Ave., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

* A domestic assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported. A subject is in custody pending formal charges in connection with the incident.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported the theft of a shirt. A subject is in custody pending formal charges of stealing in the incident.

* A purse, digital camera, cell phone and cash were reported stolen at 370 N. Kingshighway.

* A theft was reported at Minnesota Avenue and Independence Street.

* A GPS unit was reported stolen and a vehicle window reported damaged at 36 Doctors Park Drive.

* A gym bag was reported stolen and a vehicle window reported damaged at 3 Doctors Park Drive.

* A theft was reported at Broadway and Fountain Street.

* A burglary was reported at 602 N. Mount Auburn Road. A window was reported broken, and a Dell flat-panel computer monitor and cash were reported stolen in the incident.

* Courtesy Cleaners, 1107 Broadway, reported a burglary. A door was reported damaged and money stolen in the incident.

* Graffiti on a wall was reported and a meter box and trash can damaged at 835 Broadway.

* A garage door was reported damaged at 10 S. Sprigg St.

* A building was reported spray-painted at 11 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 200 West Park Mall.

* Sexual misconduct was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road. Two 14-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
