Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Michael C. Adams, 23, 513 S. Ellis, was arrested Monday on suspicion of second-degree assault.

Zachary R. Young, 20, 1830 Mulberry, Jackson, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James W. McCaig Jr., no age given, 3275 Hopper Road, was arrested Monday on a warrant.

Korey T. Blair, 18, S. West End Blvd., was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William.

Thefts A cell phone was reported stolen Monday at 2136 William.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday from Basic Fuel, 2551 Bloomfield.

A television and CB radio were reported stolen Monday from 2103 William.

A CB radio and television were reported stolen and a window seal damaged Monday at 709 William.

A green 1991 Ford Escort was reported stolen Monday from 528 Broadway.

A bicycle was reported stolen Tuesday from 831 S. Ranney.

Miscellaneous

A red Huffy bicycle was reported found Tuesday in the 500 block of Hanover.Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

Stephanie N. Nicholas, 21, 119 N. Union, Apt. 1, Jackson, was issued a summons Monday for driving without a license.

Clifford D. Loy Jr., 19, 512 Colorado St., Jackson, was issued a summons Monday for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Jon P. Harrell, 21, 402 W. Yoakum, Chaffee, Mo., was issued summonses Monday for following too close and driving under suspension.

Property Damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Fraud

Four stolen and forged checks were reported passed Monday at Wal-Mart.

Miscellaneous

A wallet was reported found Monday in the 1000 block of North High Street.
