Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Mark A. Campbell, 31, 1418 Jefferson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of burglary and second-degree stealing.

Christopher J. Adams, 22, Box 395, Cairo, Ill., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of forgery and driving an unlicensed vehicle.

Ernesto J. Garcia, 22, 107 Kansas, Loredo, Texas, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of second-degree assault.

James S. Brasfield, 24, 1019 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of two instances of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and driving without insurance.

Justin K. Bonney, 18, 7865 State Highway K, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing

A 16-year-old male juvenile was cited into Juvenile Court Sunday on suspicion of stealing.

Janiece M. Harris, 17, 1035 Merriwether, Cape Girardeau, and Tony R. Smith, 18, 127 S. Benton, Cape Girardeau were arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing and property damage. A 15-year-old female with them was cited into juvenile court on the same offense.

Misty R. Edmonds, 26, 110 Peyton, Bernie, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a city warrant for failure to appear for driving under suspension.

Melissa A. Burton, 27, Box 515, Tamms, Ill., was arrested Sunday on a city warrant for harassment.

Lacy J. Collins, 17, Box 16, Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and a turn signal violation.

Curtis J. Kneezle, no age given, Box 66, Benton, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a city warrant for contempt of court.

Derek Wayne Allbee, 44, 29911 E. Stringtown Road, Greenwood, Mo., was arrested Sunday on city warrants for failure to appear for traffic offenses.

Brandon Lamont King, 17, 1003 William, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on city warrants for failure to pay fines for traffic offenses.

A 14-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court Sunday on suspicion of assault.

Thefts A CD case and CDs were reported stolen out of a vehicle on a lot on South Main.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen from a vehicle Sunday at 701 Good Hope.

The console and its contents were reported taken from a vehicle reported broken into Sunday at 318 Fountain.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday from Huck's at 353 S. Kingshighway.

Mail was reported stolen Sunday at 14 N. Fountain.

Property Damage

Paint was reported thrown on a wall at 943 Bellevue Sunday. A vehicle window was reported broken Sunday at McDonald Concrete, 80 N. Broadview.

An apartment window was reported broken Sunday at 333 N. Ellis.

A vehicle window was reported broken Sunday at 1018 Broadway.

A dining room window was reported broken at 327 N. Ellis.

A vehicle window was reported broken Sunday on a lot on South Main.

A vehicle window was reported broken Sunday at 701 Good Hope.

A vehicle window was reported broken Sunday at 318 Fountain.

Forgery A resident reported Sunday that four of her checks were forged, two at 205 S. Plaza Way and two at 1410 N. Kingshighway,

Miscellaneous A wallet and its contents were found Sunday at 3415 William and returned to the owner.

A 20-year-old male was taken into protective custody Sunday.

A wallet and its contents were reported missing Sunday somewhere in the Cape Girardeau area.

An assault was reported Sunday.

A failure to return to confinement was reported Sunday.

A 46-year-old woman was taken into protective custody Sunday.

A 1998 GMC truck was towed Sunday.

An incident of resisting arrest was reported Sunday.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Fireworks violation Two reports of fireworks violation were made: On South Shawnee Boulevard Sunday and the 1400 block of Woodland Dr. Saturday.

Theft A theft was reported Friday in the 2500 block of Litz Boulevard.

Domestic Dispute A report of a domestic dispute was made Saturday in the 600 block of Broadridge.
