2 arrested for murder in Pemiscot County, Mo.

Wednesday, April 9, 2008
CARUTHERSVILLE, Mo. — According to Pemiscot County Sheriff Tommy Greenwell, two people have been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Hayti, Mo., resident Dary McIntyre, 35.

Quinn Lee Amerson, 21, and Shannon Amerson, 23, both of Steele, Mo., have been charged with one count of murder in the first degree, one count of felony steeling, and two counts of tampering with physical evidence.

Presently, no bond has been set. The two suspects are scheduled to appear before Judge Byron Luber on Monday.

McIntyre had been reported missing on Sunday, when authorities learned that a vehicle he was considering purchasing was located in the floodwaters of the Mississippi River at Caruthersville.

A Pemiscot County resident observed the rear spoiler of the vehicle sticking up out of the floodwaters at the southern end of Caruthersville.

Authorities contacted friends and relatives of McIntyre and those discussions led them to investigate at Steele. Authorities learned there might be physical evidence located in a dumpster at a business at Steele.

According to a statement released by Lt. Ryan Holder with the Pemiscot County Sheriff's office, when authorities pieced together the evidence they interviewed the two suspects and they later confessed to their involvement in the death of McIntyre.

not much on leopold. what happen was Vangennip not the top scorer this game. it shows he is not the only one on the team they are all good players not just him- even though he seems to be the only one that ever gets credit. i think Nussbaum is by far a better player and all around better kid his head is in the game not the glory and trying to score every time he gets the ball he will pass the ball.
