The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Matthew A. Caldwell, 26, 1725 Lakeshore Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Garren W. Brown, 26, 144 Tomahawk Lane, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree domestic assault.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* A 16-year-old girl was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, stealing, burglary and assault.

* Second-degree burglary was reported at 2033 Perryville Road. Coins were reported stolen in the incident.

* Burglary and theft of antique kitchenware and tools were reported and furniture and miscellaneous items were reported damaged at 720 West End Blvd.

* Second-degree burglary was reported at 2819 Gordonville Road.

* Fred's, 121A S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of a cell phone.

* A 1984 Chevy caprice, white, was reported stolen at 601 Boxwood Drive.

* DVDs and paperwork were reported stolen at 1843 Lawanda Drive.

* Prestige Enterprises LLC, 2004 Themis St., reported a theft of copper wire.
