Arrests
* Carl R. Cartwright, 35, 392 Valley View Lane, was arrested.
* Nicole M. Greable, 31, 324 S. Lorimier St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for obstructing a court order.
* A subject is in custody for driving while revoked.
Summons
* Lance D. Sterling, 22, 1206 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
Assaults
* An assault was reported.
* A domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* Bi-State, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported a theft. Jonnisha J. Bridges, 18, 927 Bloomfield St., and Marquita S. Williams, 18, of Charleston, Mo., were issued summonses in connection with the incident.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* A 17-year-old girl was placed in protective custody.
