Execution team's identities not sought

ST. LOUIS -- In a story Monday about papers filed in U.S. District Court in Kansas City by attorneys for five Missouri death row inmates, The Associated Press reported erroneously that the plaintiffs are seeking the identities of members of the inmates' execution team. In the filings, the plaintiffs' attorneys argue they should be allowed to depose execution team members to explore their competence but that the identities of the execution team members would be protected.
