Jamie Sue Dost and Michael Keith Harrison were married Oct. 27, 2007, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson. The Rev. David Johnson performed the ceremony. Christy Harrison and Cara Woods read scriptures.

Organist was Matt Palisch, trumpeters were Scott Vangilder and Matt Martin, and soloist was Beth St. John.

Parents of the couple are Gary and Sheri Dost and Michael and Judith Harrison, all of Jackson.

Maid of honor was Ashley Dost of Jackson, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jennie Beltz of Jackson; Christina Pagnusat of Chicago; Amanda Craft of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride; Laura Neff and Dr. Jennifer Horst of St. Louis.

Andy Harrison of Lees Summit, Mo., was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Nathan Eisenbeis of Seattle, Wash., Adam Hogg of Chicago, Jonathan LeGrand of Cape Girardeau, James Toms of St. Louis, and Michael Burger of Columbia, Mo. Ushers were Michael Stone of Burfordville, Jeff Chapman of Cape Girardeau, Zachary Nolan of Jackson, and Chris Holt of Kirksville, Mo.

Candlelighters were Taylor Nolan of Jackson, cousin of the bride, and Taylor Harrison of Lees Summit, niece of the groom.

Flower girl was Kati Williams, daughter of Brad and Wendi Williams of Greencastle, Ind. Ringbearer was Zachary Simmons, son of Brad and Tara Simmons of Sikeston, Mo., and nephew of the groom.

Tara Simmons attended the guest book.

The reception was held at Drury Lodge in Cape Girardeau. Servers were Karen Nolan, Kim Dost, Jean Chapman, Terri Dost, Barb Ulrich and Pat Walker.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Oct. 26 at Port Cape Girardeau.

Mrs. Harrison is a 2000 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2003, and expects to receive a doctorate of medicine from the university's School of Medicine in May.

The groom is a 1998 graduate of Jackson High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from UMC in 2003, and a master's degree in business administration from the university in 2007. He is a project engineer at PepsiCo.

After a wedding trip to Italy, the couple is residing in Columbia.
