Need probe of state prison system

To the editor:I believe it is time for an investigation into how the Missouri prison system works. How did a first-time offender outsmart a sophisticated system and hang himself in his cell? This is the type of situation that makes one question the veracity of the guards, wardens and other officials that a tragedy like this could happen. I hope and pray that Jonathan McClard's death will be looked at under a microscope to find out how this could have happened.
