Singles support group to meet Jan. 11
A singles support group will meet from 7 to 8 p.m. Jan. 11 at Riverside Regional Library in Jackson. The meeting is free and open to the public. Call 243-2287 for more information.
Wildlife photography on display at Nature Center
Currently on display throughout January at the Cape Girardeau Conservation Nature Center is Darlene Spell's photography exhibit "Southeast Missouri ... A Moment in Time." It includes photos of wildlife, plants and mushrooms. Nature Center hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. There will be a "Meet the Artist" program from 2 to 4 p.m. Jan. 20 at the Nature Center. No registration is required, and all ages are welcome. Call 290-5218 for more information.
St. Augustine School holds trivia night
KELSO, Mo. -- St. Augustine School in Kelso will hold its annual trivia night Feb. 16. Doors open at 6 p.m.; trivia questions start at 7:10 p.m. There is a cost per player, and teams consist of tables of eight. Light snacks and sodas will be provided, and coolers will be allowed.
