Firefighters responded to the following calls Monday:

* At 5:54 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1900 block of Herman Street.

* At 8:26 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1100 block of Linden Street.

* At 8:35 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1300 block of Brenda Kay Court.

* At 11:56 a.m., emergency medical service in the 500 block of South Spring Avenue.

* At 12:24 p.m., emergency medical service in the 3200 block of William Street.

* At 12:30 p.m., an illegal burn at 231 S. Hanover St.

* At 2 p.m., an illegal burn at 1428 Jefferson Avenue.

* At 4:49 p.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of South West End Boulevard.

* At 5:11 p.m., an illegal burn at 1904 Brink Street.

* At 10:50 p.m., a fire alarm at 2807 Quince Street.

* At 6:28 a.m., emergency medical service in the 2000 block of Lacey Street.

* At 7:33 a.m., emergency medical service in the 3200 block of Bloomfield Road.

* At 9:34 a.m., emergency medical service at South Sprigg and Independence streets.

* At 10:16 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1700 block of Whitener Street.

* At 11:17 a.m., emergency medical service in the 2700 block of Leroy Drive.
