Two area schools receive grants from the Delta Regional Authority

The Delta Regional Authority granted money to six Missouri entities this year, including two in Southeast Missouri.
The Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center received $92,154 for equipment for the school's annex, which opened in August. The Cape Girardeau School District committed an in-kind match.
Scott County was granted $236,400 to improve roads at the Sikeston Business, Education and Technology Park, 600 acres for business and industry development.
