Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Sara D. Rucker, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* Mark A. Warran, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Four women were in custody pending formal charges for stealing.

* Brittany D. Newsom, 21, 1101 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* Andrew D. Ligons, 21, 1920 Bella Vista Drive, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* A 16-year-old was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts.

Summonses

* Zackary A. Kelley, 22, of Delta was issued was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Danielle N. Hammers, 22, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Michael David Maglione, 18, 412 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* James Paul Davidson, 25, 928 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated/careless and imprudent driving.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

* Third-degree assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Clothing was reported stolen at 1404 Lexington Ave., Apt. 13.

* License plates were reported stolen from a car at 1038 N. Middle St.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

Burglaries

* Power tools and a cell phone charger were reported stolen from 337 N. Park St.

* A broken window and the theft of money were reported at 1269 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* Interference with child custody was reported.

* China Palace, 2123 Broadway, reported a forgery.

* Pagliai's Pizza, 1129 Broadway, reported a forgery.

* Carmart, 1455 N. Kingshighway, reported a forgery.

* A citation was issued at 711 Penny Ave. for failure to maintain property free of brush.
