Goodwin-Vines

Stacy Ann Goodwin and Pfc. Ashley Wayne Vines were united in marriage Sept. 15, 2007, in a garden setting in San Angelo, Texas. The Rev. J.T. Tucker performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mark and Lisa Goodwin of Jackson. The groom is the son of Johnny Vines of Eden, Texas, and Melony Mattiesen of San Angelo.

Maid of honor was Brooke Vines, and bridesmaids were Crystal and Jessica Benge, all of Eden and sisters of the groom.

Ashton Carsarez of San Angelo was best man. Groomsmen were Bryce and Briley Mattiesen of San Angelo, brothers of the groom.

Ringbearer was Hunter of San Angelo, nephew of the groom.

An open house was held Oct. 17 at the home of the bride's parents.

Mrs. Vines is a 2006 graduate of Jackson High School, graduate of basic combat training at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., and AIT at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. She served in the U.S. Army.

The groom is a 2005 graduate of The Veribest High School in San Angelo, graduate of basic combat training in Fort Knox, Ky., and AIT at Fort Sam Houston. He is a combat medic with the 16th Medical Command at Yongsan Army Garrison in Seoul, South Korea.

The couple resides in Seoul.
