Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was taken in to custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of controlled substance (cocaine) and possession of tobacco by a minor.

* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for sexual misconduct.

* Kittrel E. Braselman, 45, 423 Hanover St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court, no insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and stealing.

* Leon C. Wilder, 24, 1206 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

Summons

* Jonathan R. McCaig, 25, 3275 Hopper Road, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Lee R. McCauley, 55, 1036 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for a leash law violation.

Robbery

* A man was robbed of his bicycle in the 500 block of South Pacific Street.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Identity theft was reported.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* An in-dash CD player/stereo was reported stolen at 1938 Longview St.

* Jimmy John's, 1800 Broadway, reported the theft of money.

Property damage

* Accidental property damage was reported at 330 Siemers Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 44-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Carol Ann McLemore, 45, 111 Tracey St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Randall Layne Brown, 42, 8557 County Road 621, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* A fight in progress was reported in the area of Morton Street.

* A fight in progress was reported near East Jackson and South Shawnee boulevards.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Cynthia M. Cobb, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* Jeremy E. Seabaugh, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Gordonville warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Nicholas D. Seabaugh, 27, of Delta was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

* Jarret M. Hicks, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.

* Jerry D. Eads, 49, of Dutchtown was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to pay fine.

* Brian L. Holzum, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway.

* Armando E. Guzman, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

* James J. Cowher, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Matthew C. Jackson, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for second-degree domestic assault.

* Travis J. Moore, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* James E. King, 72, of 216 N. Missouri Ave., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender.

* Stacy A. Reid, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Jennifer C. Davis, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

* John W. Clark, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
