Cape police report 11/25/03

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs John A. Recker, 24, of 1346 Perry Ave., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving with expired plates.
Steven P. Wilburn, 26, of 705 Sycamore, Scott City, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
William A. Shipman, 21, of 1124 Themis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Tremayne T. Sutherland, 21, of 1556 Lexington, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summons Ronald E. Walker, 26, of 360 Dearmont Circle, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday from the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University for possession of a controlled substance.
Assaults A domestic assault was reported Sunday at 318 N. Sprigg.
Thefts Stealing was reported Sunday by Don's Store 24 at 341 S. Sprigg.
A stuffed animal was reported stolen Sunday by Claire's Boutiques at West Park Mall. Lindsey A. Stewart, 18, of 1000 Towers Circle East, No. 817, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.
A coat was reported stolen Sunday by Target at 202 Siemers. Benjamin S. Hahs, 28, of 1678 Maple Lane, Elgin, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.
Pizza bags and pizzas were reported stolen Sunday by Dominos Pizza at Towers Circle.
A window was reported broken Sunday at 209 N. Park.
A vehicle windshield was reported broken Monday at 401 Independence.
