He was born Jan. 18, 1944, in Point Pleasant, Mo., son of Landreth Lee and Ida Mae Renfro Crawford. He married the former Martha Foster.
Crawford was a tech server with Baker Industries. He was a member of American Society of Baking Engineers and American Institute of Baking.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Lannie Crawford of York, S.C., Mike Purkey of Missouri; a daughter, Katrina Purkey of Rock Hill; two brothers, Roy Crawford of Newport News, Va., Jerry Crawford of Portageville, Mo.; three sisters, Jean Bodine of Sikeston, Lorraine Kimes of Mountain View, Calif., Anna Jewell of Little Rock, Ark.; two grandchildren; and five stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Leland Butler officiating. Burial will be in Mounds Park Cemetery at Lilbourn, Mo.
