Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Keith L. Baines, 41, of 215 Pearl, Cape Girardeau, was arrested, no date given, on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.

David M. Burton, 28, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of statutory rape and statutory sodomy.

Elijah J. Fisher, 23, no address given, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of resisting arrest and assault of a law enforcement officer.

Adam Beck, 24, of 115 S. Pacific, Apt. B, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of probation violation.

Harold Mabins, 60, of 123 N. Clark, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of stealing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thefts Keys were reported stolen Thursday at 408 Bellevue.

Cigarettes were reported stolen Thursday by Rhodes 101 at 2149 William.

A checkbook was reported stolen Thursday at 1124 Themis. Five reports of forgery were made in connection with the complaint.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Thursday at 3439 William.

Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Hucks at 343 S. Kingshighway.

Cameras and televisions were reported stolen Friday by K's Merchandise at 371 S. Broadview.

Yellow signs were reported stolen Friday at Sprigg and Bertling and at Lexington and Old North Sprigg.

Property Damage

A pop up camper door was reported damaged Thursday at 118 S. Hanover.

A vehicle window was reported damaged Friday at the 1800 block of Rampart.Jackson

Miscellaneous

A disturbance was reported Thursday at the 700 block of East Main.

Theft was reported Thursday on North High Street.

Theft was reported Thursday at the 1400 block of Old Cape Road.

Property damage was reported Thursday on West Jackson Boulevard.

A domestic dispute was reported Friday at the 4800 block of Old Cape Road.
