The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Crystal Daniel, 49, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence.

* Judith Tuleno, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Jessica R. Hackerson, 22, of 1710 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence.

* Shawn M. Pinkstein, 24, of 2628 Maria Louise Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence.

Arrests

* Jose M. Morales III, 19, of 1148 Elm St., Springfield, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession.

* Zachariah W. Jones, 22, of 1420 Ozark St., was arrested on suspicion of committing prohibited acts.

* Tracy J. Smith, 41, of 170 Main St., McClure, Ill., was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court.

Thefts

* A burglary was reported at 237 N. Ellis St.

* Compact discs were reported stolen at 2753 Chrystler St.

* A bike was reported stolen at 2606 Ranchito Drive.

* Two 15-year-old girls and one 14-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court for stealing.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A robbery was reported.

* Stealing was reported at 19 S. Kingshighway.

* A green Mongoose bicycle was reported stolen at 919 S. Ellis St.

* Stealing was reported at West Park Mall.

* Stealing was reported at 11 S. Kinghighway.

* Credit cards and money were reported stolen from 3439 William St.

* Broussards restaurant at 120 N. Main St. reported a vending machine stolen.

* Rhodes 101 at 1624 N. Kingshighway reported gasoline stolen.

Assaults

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assualt and property damage.

* A domestic assault was reported.

* An assault was reported at 1112 Linden St.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* An assault was reported at the corner of Morgan Oak and Ellis streets.

* An assault was reported at 1625 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Property damage to a vehicle was reported at 400 Broadway.

* Property damage to miscellaneous items were reported at 1406 Mary Ann St.

* Property damage to a vehicle window and tires was reported at 426 S. Hanover St.

* Denny's Restaurant at 161 West St. reported a door damaged.

* A damaged vehicle was reported at 3011 Themis St.

* A vehicle and tires were reported damaged at 318 N. Sprigg St.

* A vehicle hood was reported scratched at 2842 Whitener St.

* A roof was reported damaged at 1418 Jefferson Ave.

Summonses

* Deborah A. Kinder, 45, of 1512 E. Big Bend Road, received a summons for contempt of court on stop sign violation and no operator's license.

* Michael Robinson, 33, of 1313 Adams St., in Caruthersville, Mo., received a summons for sale of a controlled substance and failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Jedidiah M. Naramore, 20, of 128 S. Pacific St., received a summons for contempt of court.

* John P. Burger, 28, of 2243 Belleridge Pike, received a summons for family neglect.

Miscellaneous

* A 54-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 19-year-old woman was reported with an open container at 233 N. Ellis St.

* A 16-year-old female runaway juvenile was reported.

* Drugs and paraphernalia were reported found at 1024 William St.

* A disorderly house was reported at 233 N. Ellis St.

* Harassment was reported at 700 S. Benton St.

* Harassment was reported at 807 N. Sprigg St. Apt. 106.

* Kidnapping was reported.

* A wallet was reported missing at 722 S. Sprigg St.

Arrests

* Deborah A. Kinder, 45, of 1512 Big Bend Road in Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges.

Summonses

* Casey L. Reeves, 18, of 429 N. Shawnee Blvd., was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Christopher Perry, 28, of 3818 Sprigg St., Cape Girardeau, was issued summonses for burglary and assault.

* Amy L. Dillon, 31, of 506 Nancy Drive was issued summonses for driving with an expired license and for speeding.

* Robert L. Vanwinkle, 19, of Route 1, Box 1178, Winona, Mo., was issued summonses for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Jake E. Walker, 17, of 101 Miley St., Winona, Mo., was issued summonses for speeding, failure to maintain vehicle insurance and failure to comply with intermediate driver license.

* Cody A. Myers, 17, of 950 W. Adams St., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Jose A Gonzoles III, 19, of 921 W. Adams St., was issued summonses for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thefts

* A stolen or lost wallet was reported.

* A burglary and assault were reported in the 1300 block of Farmington Street.

* Burglary was reported in the 1400 block of Brookview Drive.

Assaults

* Trespassing and attempted assault were reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

* Domestic assault was reported in the 800 block of Clark Street.

Property damage

* Damage to turf and softball field in the Jackson City Park was reported.

* Damage to a mailbox in the 2900 block of East Main Street was reported.

* Damage to sheds and bicycles stolen were reported from Safety City on Optimist Hill Drive in Jackson City Park.

* Damage to the road bank in the 1500 block of West Jackson Boulevard was reported.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported in the 800 block of Amanda Street.

* Trespassing was reported in the 3300 block of North High Street.

* Four instances of careless and imprudent driving were reported.
