Cape Girardeau

The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Robert T. Davisson, 34, of 1400 S. West End Blvd., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Alisha D. Snider, 30, of 1600 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Charles E. Clark, 25, of Whitewater was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing, failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear for tampering with physical evidence.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

Summonses

* Lakesha R. Jackson, 27, of 304 S. Benton St., received a summons for assault.

* Vanessa A. Rutherford, of 528 Cape Meadows Circle, received a summons for phone harassment.

* Andrew W. Montgomery, 23, of 607 North St., received a summons for prohibited acts (noise).

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported at 422 Bellevue St., Apt. B.

* Property was reported found at 1111 William St.

* Unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action were reported at 605 N. Spanish St.

* Failure to maintain property free of weeds was reported.

Jackson

The following items were reported by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* David M. Uptmore, 17, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption.

* Matthew J. Hoffmeister, 18, of 6579 State Highway 72, was arrested on suspicion of being minor in possession by consumption and speeding.

* Giles Triplett Jr., 23, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Tracy L. Anderson, 42, of 615 Wasthington St., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of assault and trespassing.

Assaults

* An assault was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

* An assault was reported in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.

* A request to keep the peace was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.

* A request to keep the peace was reported in the 900 block of Lake Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported on West Adams Street.

Southeast Missouri State University
