Blunt opposes House proposal to alter minimum-wage law

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Gov. Matt Blunt said Wednesday he opposes efforts to eliminate an annual inflationary pay raise for minimum-wage workers that was included in a voter-approved ballot measure last year.
