New restaurant for Marquette

At Tuesday night's Old Town Cape awards dinner, executive director Marla Mills announced that James and Pat Allen of Celebrations Restaurant and Bar in Cape Girardeau will lease out the bottom floor of the Marquette Tower to start a new restaurant. The leasing agent is Thomas M. Meyer, CEO of Exit Realty-Thomas Meyer Associates.
