DNR proposes settlement over reservoir collapse

ST. LOUIS -- Nearly a year after Ameren Corp.'s Taum Sauk reservoir burst, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources has offered a settlement proposal to the St. Louis-based utility company, DNR officials said Tuesday.
