* Consider a motion accepting the proposal of CPU Inc. of Cape Girardeau for the automated time, attendance and payroll project.

* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing the contractual agreement with CPU Inc. of Cape Girardeau for the automated time, attendance and payroll project.

* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with Data Technology Inc., for the automated time, attendance and payroll project.

* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing the acquisition of property, relative to the 34.5 kV Electric Transmission project.

Street committee

* Consider a motion authorizing the closure of certain streets in the Central Business District at 5 p.m. Nov. 11 for the annual Veteran's Day parade.
