The following information was released by the office of federal prosecutor Catherine Hanaway for defendants who appeared in federal court Thursday before U.S. District Judge Rodney W. Sippel:

PLEADED GUILTY

Name: Dennis K. Flurry

Age: 52

Residence: Dexter, Mo.

Charge: Possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine.

Sentence range: Up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Details: Flurry admitted that on March 27, 2005, in his home he traded one gram of meth to an uncover officer in exchange for 100 pseudoephedrine tablets. Sentencing was set for Dec. 18.

Name: Kelvin Harrell

Age: 29

Residence: Kennett, Mo.

Charge: Two counts of distribution of cocaine base.

Sentence range: Up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.

Details: On Jan. 31 and Feb. 2, Harrell sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant. Sentencing was set for Dec. 18.

Name: Keith E. Lanier

Age: 35

Residence: Cooter, Mo.

Charge: Convicted felon in possession of firearms and ammunition.

Sentence range: Up to 20 years in prison and a $500,000 fine.

Details: When officers responded Jan. 29 to Lanier's home for a domestic disturbance, they found .270-caliber rifle, a 12-gauge shotgun and ammunition. Lanier admitted to borrowing the weapons and buying the ammunition. Sentencing was set for Dec. 18.

Name: Jerome N. Cole

Age: 28

Residence: Doniphan, Mo.

Charge: Convicted felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.

Sentence range: Up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Details: When Cole was arrested on a Ripley County warrant, officers found a .22-caliber rifle that Cole admitted was his. Sentencing was set for Dec. 18.
