Health fair slated for Saturday at West Park Mall in Cape

A Healthier You is the theme for an upcoming health fair at West Park Mall. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and will offer interactive booths with healthy tips, information and screenings. There will be free spinal and hearing screenings, information on proper nutrition and exercise and Tae Kwan Do demonstrations in which children can participate. Health and fitness experts will also be on hand.
