CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Clay and Tammie Harmon of Chaffee and Donna Elfrink of Kelso, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Dawn Harmon, to Jesse Stern. He is the son of Allen and Joan Stern of Wells, Minn.
