Two of three men pleaded innocent Monday to charges of beating up a pizza delivery man in Cape Girardeau. Before Circuit Court Judge Benjamin Lewis, Darwin K. Graham, 19, of 1126 S. Ellis St., and Michael A. Jones, 21, of 915 Ranney Ave., entered their plea to felony robbery and armed criminal action for the Jan. 17 attack at 320 Good Hope St. According to police, the two men and a third attacked and robbed a 29-year-old Domino's employee, and one accused attacker threatened his life. Graham and Jones were scheduled to appear before Lewis again on Aug. 14. The third defendant, Jeremiah Reddin, 19, of the Good Hope Street address, was scheduled to appear in court before Associate Circuit Judge Gary A. Kamp Monday on the same charges.
