The Order of the Silver Rose ceremony will be held at 4 p.m., recognizing Vietnam War veterans who developed illnesses after being exposed to Agent Orange. A concert will be held at 7 p.m., followed by a POW/MIA ceremony at dusk. A wreath-laying ceremony, gun salute and retiring of the colors will close the event.
