Why isn't the cable guide working?

To the editor:

Does anyone out there know what the deal is with Charter Communications' cable-TV guide? For days at a time the only choice my guide gives me is "To be announced." I guess the hundred bucks a month we pay for cable service doesn't guarantee a working guide.
