Nixon sues to clean up old computer monitors

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Attorney General Jay Nixon filed suit Thursday to force the cleanup of a site that contains several thousand old computer monitors. Nixon said the Rolla-area business has allowed thousands of old computer parts -- mainly monitors -- to pile up over several years without the proper permit, violating state hazardous and solid waste laws and creating a public nuisance.
