Don't need two-faced individuals

To the editor:

I have a problem with two-faced individuals who work for retail companies. I have seen and heard individuals talk about other co-workers and customers. People are my main concern. I don't care to hear the garbage that comes out of someone's mouth about somebody else. Sticky situations like this can get people fired, cause businesses to lose their own reputations and hurt others with the psychological damage this causes. People like this don't need to be working with other people. Period.
