The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Matthew Christopher Robinson, no age given, of 3013 Mimosa, Apt. 3, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Kenny Christopher Bell, 22, of 916 College, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of domestic assault.

Joey Durand Weaver, 18, of 2545 Hilltop Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

Matt Duane Pulliam, 21, of 1419 Woodland, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

William Royce Cannon, 19, of 914 Jefferson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of assault, property damage and a fireworks violation.

Tammy Lynn Nemec, no age given, of Jefferson City, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a warrant for probation violation.

Jodi Marie Treece, 27, of 150 Follis Drive, Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud and insufficient funds.

Dakota E. Umfleet, 18, of 630 North St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

Jennifer S. Bess, 34, of 1114 S. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a seat belt violation and failure to appear for charges of failure to appear, and on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

Matthew Cody Jackson, 17, of 1258 County Road 603, Jackson, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

Clarence Edward Matthews, 46, of 220 S. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of a noise violation.

Sarah Brooks Bayler, 19, of 2426 Hilltop Lane, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of supplying alcohol to a minor.Assaults

A 16-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Sunday on suspicion of assault.

Assault was reported Sunday.

Thefts

A purse was reported stolen Sunday at 418 Independence.

Cash was reported stolen Sunday at 210 S. Hanover.

A book bag and contents were reported stolen Sunday at 1611 Good Hope.

A checkbook was reported stolen Sunday at 1432 N. West End Blvd.

Paperwork and photographs were reported stolen Monday at 1723 Lyndhurst.

A purse and contents were reported stolen Sunday at 607 North St. Robert D. Garrity, 26, of 216 S. Lorimier, Apt. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of connection with the complaint.

Registration was reported stolen Monday at 1722 Colonial.

Bicycles were reported stolen Monday at 1145 Landgraf.Burglaries

Attempted burglary was reported Monday at 2711 Thomas Drive.

A briefcase and contents and credit cards were reported stolen Monday in a burglary at 1721 Crestwood Drive.

Property damage

A CD player and vehicle were reported damaged Sunday at 51 Hazel.

A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday at 660 Timon Way.Miscellaneous

Prohibited acts were reported Sunday.

Suspects were released Monday pending filing of formal charges for possession of marijuana and receiving stolen property.

A 16-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Monday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

A suspect was placed in custody Sunday pending filing of formal charges for trespassing.

Forgery was reported Monday at 121 S. Sprigg.
