Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Wendie L. Ross, 31, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Robert L. Camp III, 28, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Ryan M. Pickerel, 23, of Swansea, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Cynthia L. Koerner, 23, of 1543 Grandview Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Michael E. Cox, 22, of 1016 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license, for failure to appear for peace disturbance and for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

* Ricky A. Norman, 51, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., was arrested on a South Carolina warrant for parole violation.

Summonses

* James C. Waller, 35, of 1982 Longview Drive, was issued a summons for parking in front of a residential yard.

* Matthew C. Jackson, 19, of 1258 County Road 603, Jackson, was issued a summons for harassing phone calls.

Assaults

* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on domestic assault, property damage, resisting arrest, assault of a police officer and possession of a controlled substance.

Burglaries

* Attempted burglary was reported.

* Burglary was reported.

Thefts

* Stealing by deceit was reported.

* Smokers Outlet, 2116 William St., reported cigarettes and tobacco stolen.

* Identity theft was reported.

* A wallet was reported stolen.

* Medication was reported stolen.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 640 Mason St.

Miscellaneous

* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported failure to return rental property.

* Two separate incidents of ex parte violation were reported.

* Drue L. McNeely, 17, of 1282 Bella Vista Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Levi C. Canoy, 18, of 5825 Highway OO, was issued a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Steven M. Begemann, 17, of 1160 County Road 603, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Clayton D. Davis, 17, of 1583 Lilac Lane, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported in the 200 block of Jennifer Drive.

* Burglary was reported in the 300 block of South Ohio Street.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Blvd.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of South High Street.

Miscellaneous

* A vehicle was reported abandoned in the 1400 block of Old Cape Road.

* Fraud was reported in the 300 block of West Main Street.
