Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Nicole M. Guth, 25, of 1729 New Madrid St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Veronica L. Hodges, 31, of Blytheville, Ark., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Patti L. Reed, 20, of 233 Morgan St., Apt. 2, Jackson, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Lisa D. Boyce, 45, of 1927 Briarwood Drive, was issued a summons for leash law violation.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported at 510 N. Fountain St. Brian W. Biri, 26, of 510 N. Fountain St., Apt. 6, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Theft

* A Huffy Quasar bicycle was reported stolen at 724 Broadway.

* An iron bed with a mattress, box springs and a mirror were reported stolen at 1616 Scott St.

* Past Times Antiques, 45 N. Main St., reported a Kristine Watch stolen.

* Cobra Development, 2335 Rust Ave., reported a Cobra CB radio and diesel fuel stolen.

Property Damage

* A door was reported damaged at 734 W. Rodney Drive.

* The city of Cape Girardeau reported damaged tombstones and a damaged iron fence at 500 Washington Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Possession of a controlled substance was reported.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Theodore W. Cowgur, 23, of 1207 E. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Summons

* Samuel I. King, 18, of 619 W. Adams St., was issued a summons for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of Oak Hill Road.

* Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.

* Vandalism was reported in the city park.

Miscellaneous

* Illegal dumping was reported in the 1400 block of Greenferry Road.

* A disturbance was reported in the 1700 block of Broadridge Drive.

* Property was reported found on Old Cape Road.

* Property was reported found in the 200 block of East Main Street.

* Property was reported found in the 3200 block of Old Cape Road.

* Trespassing was reported in the 1100 block of Greenway Drive.
