Big Brothers Big Sisters plans cocktail reception

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri will celebrate its fifth anniversary of serving Cape Girardeau and Scott City with a cocktail reception on Sept. 29 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Buckner Brewing Co. The celebration happy-hour mixer will be open to the public to learn more about how to join agency volunteers, donors, board members and other friends.
