NASA reschedules launch of Mars rovers -- again

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- For a second time, the threat of thunderstorms forced NASA on Monday to postpone the launch of a rocket holding the first of two golf-cart-sized rovers destined to examine the surface of Mars for evidence of water.
