Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Sunday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Cory Ann Welker, 30, of 108 Ellen St., Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Toni Marie Sample, 22, of 423 Marroseann Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A 14-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing and assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Carolyn Denise Barnes, 40, of 502 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for three counts of sale of a controlled substance.

* Marlon Leonard Turner, 30, of 323 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for four counts of sale of a controlled substance.

* Charles James Smith, 56, of 5367 St. Louis Ave., St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Robert Farrell Sumner, 22, of 227 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Bryan McDowel, 24, of 219 Oak Lane, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

* Charles DePauw, 22, of 911 Hickory St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Charles White, 19, of 3018 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt.

* Darrell E. Jones, 43, of 2904 E. 33rd St., Kansas City, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of drug violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Hilyard Winters Jr., 34, of 408 Knox St., Jackson, was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear.

* A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of fireworks violation.

Summons

* Joseph Scott Wilkins, 37, of 1318 Ashland Hills Drive, was issued a summons for fence/pool violation.

Assault

* An assault was reported at Jefferson Avenue and Frederick Street.

Thefts

* Coins and jewelry were reported taken from 2224 Belleridge Pike.

* Missouri license plates were reported stolen from 517 S. Kingshighway.

* Checks were reported stolen from Schermann & Associates, 325 S. Kingshighway.

* Money was reported stolen from 1701 Lacey St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 1610 N. Kingshighway.

* A black Huffy bicycle was reported stolen in the 800 block of Spanish Street.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1014 N. West End Blvd.

* Gasoline was reported from D-Mart, 3276 William St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen from 3049 William St.

* Burglary was reported at 6 Village Drive.

* A brown wallet, Missouri driver's license and Social Security card were reported stolen and a vehicle lock was reported damaged at 3269 William St.

* A checkbook was reported stolen and a vehicle door lock was reported damaged at 3269 William St.

* A credit card and $43 were reported stolen and a vehicle door lock was reported damaged at 3012 William St.

* A wallet, money, DVD player and PlayStation, checks and a Colt .45 handgun were reported stolen and a vehicle door lock was reported damaged at 3303 Campster Drive.

* Money was reported stolen and a vehicle door lock was reported damaged at 3303 Campster Drive.

* A briefcase, Sony digital camera and a Smith & Wesson 9 mm handgun were reported stolen and a vehicle door lock was reported damaged at 3303 Campster Drive.

Property Damage

* The vehicle door lock of an Enterprise Rent-A-Car was reported damaged at 3303 Campster Drive.

* A vehicle door lock was reported damaged at 3012 William St.

Miscellaneous

* A 44-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 19-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man were taken into protective custody.

* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
