Legalization would be better

To the editor:

Regarding your June 11 editorial, "Methamphetamine," you say, "In other words, no easy answers, no slogans and no prospects for quick returns." I disagree. As the repeal of alcohol prohibition proved, the best way to reduce the harm inflicted by illegal drugs is to legalize those drugs.
