The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Michael G. Hoffman, 20, of 819 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to obey a stop sign, failure to drive within a single lane and possession of marijuana.

Arrests Keiven S. Cole, 19, of 334 N. Fountain, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for fleeing lawful detention and no operator's license and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for trafficking drugs.

Otis Johnson, 22, of 302 W. Gladys, Apt. A, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Wednesday for failure to stop, no driver's license and fleeing lawful detention.

Jimmie D. Reed Jr., 19, of 333 N. Frederick, Apt. 101, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Detrayous Dontei, 19, no current address, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Two persons were placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for trespassing.

A person was placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of crack cocaine and marijuana and resisting arrest by fleeing.

A person was placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault and possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance.

A person was placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence.

Misty D. Morris, 30, of 640 E. Arbor Blvd, Apt. 107, Kansas City, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Marquies C. Boyd, 19, of 421 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while revoked, no seat belt and no insurance.

Assault Elsie J. Mosley, 27, of 329 N. Fountain, Apt. 4, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday for assault.

Thefts A CD player was reported stolen Wednesday at 1326 N. Sprigg.

Jewelry and sunglasses were reported stolen Wednesday by Famous Barr at 100 West Park Mall. Cynthia R. Johnson, 25, of 1218 William, Cape Girardeau, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Theft of services was reported Wednesday at 1408 Dunklin. James P. Dannenmueller, 20, of 27845 U.S. 61, Scott City, received a summons in connection with the complaint.

A lawnmower was reported stolen Wednesday at 224 S. Ellis.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 105 N. Clark.

Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.

A tape player and amplifiers were reported stolen Thursday at 1002 Hickory.

A license plate renew tab bearing H3574168 was reported stolen Thursday in the Cape Girardeau area.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Thursday at 214 S. Silver Springs.

Burglaries A burglary was reported Wednesday by SEMO Video at 501 Broadway. Videos and DVDs were taken.

A burglary was reported Wednesday at 518 S. Ellis. Cash was taken and a person was placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.

A burglary was reported Wednesday at 135 S. Spanish. A television and DVD player were taken.

Property Damage Tires were reported damaged Thursday at the 900 block of Hackberry.

Windows were reported broken Thursday at 502 Broadway.

Miscellaneous Failure to return rental property was reported Thursday by U-Haul Equipment Co. at 740 S. Kingshighway.
