The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

A person was placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated, driving without headlights and without a valid license.

Arrests

Allen E. Irons Jr., 20, of 926 Jefferson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and failure to signal.

A person was placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for unlawful use of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dion M. Coates, 23, of 735 William, Apt. 6, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of assault and property damage.

A person was placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges for assault and knowingly burning.Summonses

Tamara R. Criddle, 23, of 531 Boxwood, Apt. 6, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of failure to pay sewer charges.

Ryan S. Mosley, 17, of 728 Hickory, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thefts

License plates were reported stolen Tuesday in the city of Cape Girardeau.

Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.

A CB radio was reported stolen and a vehicle window was reported broken Wednesday at 1242 Meadowbrook Lane.

Cash was reported stolen Wednesday at Cape Country Club.

Gasoline was reported damaged Thursday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.

Cash was reported stolen Thursday at 149 West Park Mall.Property damage

A drive-through window was reported damaged Wednesday by Rhodes 101 at 10 S. West End Boulevard.

Property damage was reported Tuesday at Cape Radiology Group, 70 Doctor's Park.

A skyjack scissor lift was reported damaged Wednesday at 610 S. Kingshighway.

DWIs

David W. Stanfield, 42, of 1841 Lakeshore Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Michael Siebert, 20, of 195 Slate Lane, Jackson, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

Cheryl A. Wilson, 43, of 824 E. Independence, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

Thefts

Theft was reported Friday in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Theft was reported Friday in the 400 block of Elm Street.

Theft was reported Saturday in the 200 block of Bent Creek Drive.

Theft was reported Saturday in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Theft was reported Monday in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

Property damage was reported Sunday on West Washington.

Property damage was reported Sunday in the 1600 block of Rosebud Drive.

Miscellaneous

A disturbance was reported Friday in the 2700 block of Ridge Road.

Vandalism was reported Saturday in the 1300 block of Rolling Fields Drive.

A peace disturbance was reported Saturday in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

A peace disturbance was reported Saturday in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

A peace disturbance was reported Sunday in the 400 block of North Missouri Street.

A peace disturbance was reported Monday in the 200 block of Elmwood.

Telephone harassment was reported Saturday in the 600 block of Greensferry Road.

Illegal discharge of fireworks was reported Sunday in the 400 block of Sycamore Street.

Trespassing was reported Sunday in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
