Third smallpox vaccine recipient dies; experts urge slowdown

WASHINGTON -- Three people have died of heart attacks after receiving the smallpox vaccine, and expert advisers are recommending that the federal program be slowed down, throwing a struggling campaign into even deeper trouble.
