The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Matthew P. Vanhaveren, 27, of 631 E. Adams, Apt. 4, Jackson, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.Arrests
Darryl Graham, 34, of 2834 Independence, Apt. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of domestic assault.
Melvin J. Steward, 17, of 1215 College, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of resisting arrest by fleeing lawful detention.
Jo Ann Furr, 36, and Billy Joe McGee, 31, both of 807 Perry, Cape Girardeau, were arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possesion of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
Matthew W. Ervin, 37, of 5228 State Highway 177, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Wendell E. Woodson, 25, of P.O. Box 356, Tamms, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of trespassing, stealing and receiving stolen property.
A 13-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Wednesday for unlawful use of a weapon.
Jennifer S. Bess, 34, of 114 S. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing by deceit.
Franklin E. Reed, 37, of 1589 Bel Air, Apt. 11, Jackson, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
Faizal E. Glenn of 2816 Oakshire Circle, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
Edward W. O'Howell of 157 Tecumseh, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday for failure to yield.
Terry M. Campbell of 624 S. Main, Anna, Ill., received a summons Thursday for failure to maintain a single lane when making a left turn.
Kenya M. Moore, 29, of 1134, S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for maintaining a nuisance.
A burglary was reported Wednesday at 1447 N. Water. Nothing was reported taken.
Drain pipes and a grave lot were reported damaged Wednesday by McBride Mack Sales. David J. Bowen, 17, of 1903, Yale Street, Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of property damage in connection with the complaint.
A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at 3440 Lowes Drive.
Property damage was reported Wednesday at 329 N. Fountain.
A vehicle was reported damaged Thursday at 1915 College.
A vehicle window and a radio face plate were reported damaged Thursday at 1900 Montgomery.Jackson

Crystal F. Burress, 42, of Jackson, received a summons Wednesday for a stop sign violation.
