Steven Green has been named president of First Community Bank, which is under construction on Mount Auburn Road in Cape Girardeau.

Kenneth Volkerding has joined Ford Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau as a planning services adviser.

Laura Ritter has been hired by Century 21 Ashland Realty in Cape Girardeau as a sales agent.

Matt Dockins has joined Big River Telephone in Cape Girardeau as a systems support technician.

Donald Crandell has been named president of People's Community State Bank in Poplar Bluff. The bank also has locations in Doniphan, Ellington, Naylor and Bunker.

Gregory Laurentius has joined Stanley, Dirnberger, Hopper & Associates in Cape Girardeau as a CPA.

Robert Francis has been promoted to market president at US Bank in Perryville.

Kenneth Anderson has been promoted to senior vice president at US Bank in Perryville.

Nicky Accardo has joined Tric's Family Restaurant in Altenburg as the chef. He is the former owner of Nicky's Whistle Stop in Jackson. The owners of Tric's Family Restaurant are Harlin and Rose Oberndorfer.

David Rudert has joined Prudential Financial in Perryville as a representative.

Michael Holman is the new manager of AmerenUE's Southeast District based in Cape Girardeau. Besides the Southeast District, Holman will also manage Ameren's Potosi and St. Francois districts as part of a realignment.

Ed Carroll has been named vice president /senior commercial relationship manager at Union Planters Bank in Cape Girardeau.
